Every piece has a protective varnish. To clean, all you need to use is a soft damp cloth. Do not use household cleaners. Exposure to harsh outdoor conditions is not recommended and can permanently damage your product.

Can you paint an item I already own?
Yes, for local clients in the Washington, DC area. The client will be required to drop off the piece and pick the piece up from our studio.
Can you match fabric or wallpaper?
We will gladly customize a piece using colors in your fabric or wallpaper. We will also design a piece that will complement your room theme. Just send us a swatch.
Where can I see your work?
In addition to our website, our products are currently sold in a children's specialty store in Northern Virginia.

What is your return policy?
All of our items are painted to order. Since these are hand painted items, there may be slight variations in color and/or patterns. This is part of the beauty of a hand painted piece. Our items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How are your items shipped?
Our merchandise is packed with care and shipped via UPS. Shipping rates vary based on destination and weight. Delivery times vary based on the piece you order, and are included on each product's order page. If something is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will determine if repair or replacement is appropriate.
Do you offer gift certificates?
